Becoming an agile practicioner has opened my eyes to a more motivating, satisfying and effective way of working. My mission is to help teams discover the joy of agile working for themselves, and these are key areas I focus on:

People are at the core of agile, and a culture of trust and collaboration is the basis for a successful team. I believe in building trust and lasting relationships with transparency, openess and respect in all interactions.
Focus on Outcomes
Scrum has proven itself with thousands of teams worldwide, but it is neither a religion nor an end in itself. I coach teams to stay focused on the end goal of sustainably delivering true value for the business.
Perseverance
Change is hard, and failure will always be part of the journey when you want to truly grow. Trust in my team, the conviction that agile works, and a persistent optimistic outlook is what has helped my teams navigate any crisis.
Learning
My agile journey has been a constant learning experience. Not only about being a Scrum Master, but also about myself. I plan to never stop learning and improving, and bring this mindset to every team and project.
